i get a rundll error at startup.. it says c:\windows\wsaolich.dll how do i fix this this happens every time i start up windows xp sp31 person needs an answerI do too

There's no such file in Windows XP. That file was probably part of a virus or spyware infection that was partially removed. Run a full virus/spyware scan.
